My Actifit Report Card: September 12 2019
Today was again a normal day at the office, which later turned a bit upside down. I was busy with a phone conference, when my wife phoned me on my cellphone, informing me she got injured at school and was going to the hospital.
She is a teacher at a school for cerebral palcied learners. They were on break when one learner was pushing a wheel chair bound learner and the one wheel of the wheel chair ended up in a ditch. My wife saw this an was rushing to the children's aid when she slipped and fell and got hurt.
The doctor feared that the fall caused a hernia and that my wife would need an operation to fix it, luckily this was not the case, and she could come home.
She must however return to the hospital tomorrow for a follow up, check up.
With all the excitement, I never went for my walk!!

Thank you so much, we went to the follow up doctors visit, and although she booked her of from work for next week, there is nothing major wrong with her, she needs basically rest to recover.

Thank you so much, we visited the doctor again today, and although she was booked off fro work for next week, she basically only need some rest to recover!!
