My Actifit Report Card: September 7 2019
Today was a nice active Saturday, first I bottled some beers, which I brewed about 3 weeks ago, and after fermenting it was ready to be bottled.
After that we went to the shop to buy some groceries. After the shopping we went to visit my father in law and later the afternoon, we went to visit my mother in law. (They are divorced)
In the evening we went to visit friends where we had a nice braai for dinner.
Al these activities gave me a nice actifit score.
