Weekly Moderator's Report for Steem4nigeria (10th- 16th April 2023)

Hello friends,

Welcome back to my weekly report as a moderator in steem4nigeria . I was so busy last week but as a leader, I always have to find a way to make a way.

My duty days are on Tuesdays and work with @josepha, on Fridays, I work with @siomonnwigwe @jueco and @josepha. And on Sundays which is for every moderator in the community.

My work as a moderator in steem4nigeria includes reviewing posts , supporting and correcting, and engaging users with comments in the community.

---

When reviewing a post I check for plagiarism and Ai generated contents, club status, voting CSI and grade contest. For users who are not not in any club, whose voting CSI is low, I encouraged them to powerup and join club, and support other users with up votes.

My Observation

Last week I noticed that there was no case of plagiarism from the post I reviewed. This simply means users are doing well in terms of making quality and original contents. I applaud them for their good works.

I also noticed contest post was more in the community. This simply means that users are getting active everyday. I think with more encouragement, we will have more users posting.

Conclusion

I will continue to do my diligence as a moderator in steem4nigeria every week for the good of this community.
