Classic Choco Cookies

Nice for breakfast dipped into warm milk😋

Ingredients

• 200 grams DCC (Dark cooking chocolate)
• 6 tablespoons of butter
• 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1 teaspoon of vinegar
• 8 tablespoons of wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder

Topping:

• Choco cips

Steps

1. Melt chocolate with butter. Stir until evenly distributed.
   

2. Add sugar and a little vanilla essence and vinegar. Stir back.
   

3. Put the flour and baking powder. Stir until thickened and the dough is not too stick.
   

4. Spherical shape for baking in 180 ° C for 12 minutes.
   

5. Ready to serve!
