Rocky Hill on My Actifit Report Card: August 28 2019
I drove into my hometown to pay for my PO Box, and decided to walk up Rocky Hill.
I grew up driving around, cycling up and running up Rocky Hill.
From the canal to the top of the road is 1 mile, so I walked a total of 2 miles in the heat of the day.
The hill has always been a popular place for cyclists and runners, but it’s not as attractive with the 4 homes built on North side of Rocky Hill Drive.
I took my shirt off to get rid of my serious farmer’s tan.
My friends and I used to spend hours up on Rocky Hill, climbing and hiking.
At one time, one of the largest cycling races in the US, used to go around Rocky Hill and into Exeter.
My friends and I used to drink on the canal, and one of my uncles drove his van into the canal.
I walked around Downtown Visalia this morning, and again this evening, to accumulate over 15,000 steps for the day.

Dang you're crazy going out in that heat! I bet you were the only person out there walking. Also how much water did you end up drinking?
I drank 3 bottles of water maybe 60 fluid oz. lol
