7000 Steps in 1 Hour on My Actifit Report Card: July 29 2019
I’m hanging out with the @daniel-san and @theharvey, and we are learning ASL. @theharvey really enjoys leaning sign language.
I guess I’m averaging just over 7000 steps during 1 hour of walking. I’m sure if I didn’t have to worry about automobile traffic, I would walk a little further.
I had to cross over 198 to avoid some gangster types that were hanging out on my usual walking route.
I was able to score my #AutomaticWin before the US equity markets opened here in California.
I have an injured right foot, so I’m taking it easy the rest of the day. #SteemOnDudes!
