My Actifit Report Card: June 24 2019
I just walked 9500 steps to secure 10K for today’s @actifit Report Card.
I don’t feel the most energetic with the high summer temperatures, so it’s hard for me to purposely walk around the neighborhood.
On the days I work at Starbucks, it’s much easier for me to gain over 10K in activity count.
I did today’s #Seven77 at my old usual #Seven77 location, on a patch of artificial grass.
I’m trying to stay motivated, but the heat is kicking my ass. #SteemOnDudes!
