I walked this evening to gain over 10K in @actifit activity, I did about 50 Push-ups throughout the walk for Seven77.

I walked to Starbucks to get my Free Pound of Coffee for the week.
I love visiting with my favorite Starbucks coworkers.
I kicked ass all day, and I’m all jacked on the Future of my personal @actifit.
