Just an Awesome Actifitting Day on My Actifit Report Card: February 20 2019
Walking has to be the best @actifit activity to gain a quality count.
I walked a few miles today, and I worked a busy shift at Starbucks this afternoon.
As usual, I walked the long way home, and I did 40 push-ups during my walk.
I did 100 push-ups today, and I’m recovering from the 200+ push-ups I did yesterday.
