Guava season is now. Guava is very tasty. Seasonal fruits include guava. In our country, guava comes in different varieties. But now guavas are sold in the market throughout the year. Guava is grown everywhere in Bangladesh.
Commercial guava is grown in Barisal, Pirojpur, Rangamati, Comilla, and Gazipur. Guava prices are significantly lower in villages, though prices are slightly higher in cities. The nutritional content of one guava is equal to four oranges.
Guava has a quality rating of 421 points, while oranges have 181 points. Orange and guava peels contain five times more vitamin C. Guava also contains vitamins A and B complex. Guavas are found in more than a hundred varieties worldwide.
About the diseases that guava can treat
Bad breath: Those who suffer from it know how unpleasant it is. Just eat more guavas during this season and the bad breath will go away. Chewing guava is great for your teeth and gums.
