I would like to share my interesting story here on Steemit. I had to write a summary of events in my life what l'm doing and what l have done.l found out about steem around August 2017 on youtube.During that time was unemployed I searched for how to make money in South Africa online.l saw @stephtv making a video on how to join Steemit.l was actually amazed on how you can join without investing with any money since I was broke I give it a shot.l began to watch some steemians like @craig-grant,@trevonjb,@mrviques,@papa-pepper and many others. lts almost 4months since I joined the community and l’m finding it interesting and worthywhile.l have 801 followers and l’m so grateful nearly reaching to a 1000 now.

After watching @jerrybanfield basic training on day 2 he talks about making the introduction post and how its important to share more personal things so that people will get to know you better.l got an opportunity to also read on his introductory with no doubt its one of the best introduction that l have seen.

My name is Rumbidzai Debra Muchena and I’m 26 years old lady.l’m a Zimbabwean living in South Africa I came here in 2013 and haven’t gone back since 2015 because of money. lt’s never easy living in a foreign land to find a job especially if you are uneducated.Have tried to finish my social work degree but money is still a problem. The feeling of being away from family is the worst experience ever especially when you can’t visit each other.

My sisters

I grew up being an orphan my father died when I was 9 years and my mother died in 2013.Having to stay without parents have been the most difficult experience I have ever had.You try to educate yourself you try to work but nothing comes out.l have siblings to take care of being the second born in a family of 5.We were actually left young and the most unfortunate part of it is that we live in a country where the economy is difficult and the employment rate in Zimbabwe is over 96%.

I graduated from high school in 2009 since then I worked as a temporary teacher and when it became difficult to get a teaching job l left and came to South Africa with a hope that I will finish my degree which I started

I feel like I have a great life way aheard of me and I won’t give up.l have siblings who support me in every step I take in my life. l tried during the few days of joining steemit to quit but was motivated by how people are earning money and forming friendships here on steemit .l didn’t find any meaning in all this since l didn’t know how to create content.

When I saw Steem I actually saw hope and that my life will never be the same again.l’m still growing and one day will reach were l want to be.My hope is to grow the steem commmunity and be one big family.l really want to motivate others to join the community. It is a bit of a challenge to be consistency here on steem especially here in Africa were internet is quiet expensive.l have seen support systems or hashtags going around like @teamsouthafrica were people advice each other and upvote each other.l’ve made a little survey on steem and seen that Zimbabweans need to be motivated and the people who knows about steem are very few and l want to take another turn to build us up.l would wish that all of us can pull this together and help each other grow. With bitcoin still being an alien and the rest of the cryptocurrencies there is need for us to help each and share what we know

The hardships that l face as an individual l know most of us face the same thing. We have to rise above our situations.l always suffer from loneliness which leaves me depressed in most of the times.Heartbreaks are never easy as l’m writing this l’m going through one and its never easy to have situations that you can’t deal with so easily.l’m a devoted Seventh Day Adventist and l believe in God that he will sail me through in everything cause he has no problem that he cannot solve.l live in a foreign land having no family around is very difficult.

I’m actually going through a financial strain cause l’m unemployed at the moment. My hope is too make steem my source of income.l know its going to be possible one of the days.l wish to afford rent or food money through blogging. For the past months l’ve been struggling to really make sense out of all this.As a young woman l know l still got what it takes to archieve my life despite circumstances. All is possible if we can workhard.

I did interviews which really helped me in changing my perspective and working hard here on steemit.l want to thank @papa-pepper , @good-karma and @terrybrock for their time that they took in contributing to my blog. l’m still doing more interviews and also embarking on a program to help my people to get on the site and steem.lts so sad on how we are so behind and at the same time our employment rate is very high. This might be a breakthrough for us .l wish to make more interviews with more steemians

I enjoy cooking and baking ,l’m always in the kitchen trying new things and being a Christian I study the bible and also health tips.I always post what l’m eating and cooking l really enjoy my food.l’m inspired by some of the steemians here like @allasyummyfood.Having a proper diet is always good for all of us.l always motivate others on to start a day with a health breakfast were I share my ideal breakfast.
