어제 나온 미국 CPI 결과 때문에 쇼크...
이자는 마구 올라가고,
Mortgage 채권 투자 회사에서 급히 연락이 온다...

with increasing/spreading of the 3 yr swaps yield increasing.

아무래도 이번해는 이자가 급등할것 같고,
이에 따라 마국 부동산 시장도 주춤할것 같은데...
생각할게 많아지는 2022년이 될것 같다~
