Different bandwidths for posting and wallet transactions?
I am wondering if anyone else has noticed that there appear to be different bandwidths across the STEEM platform?
I tried sending some SBD to someone this morning and this is the error I got.
I cruised over to steemd.com/@royaleagle and am told I have bandwidth there.
I even took a snapshot of the bottom of the screen showing I have bandwidth available of 31,97
2 bytes left 
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue?
If you are reading this post I posted this less than 5 mins from when the pictures are taken.
So I have enough bandwidth to post a post and comment but still can't move money.
That's super wacky. I've never heard of anything like that. My bandwidth issues were always that I didn't have enough. I'll keep my ears open. Are you able to send now? Has it resolved?
It is resolved at the moment, I have 24 mb of bandwidth. I think it had to do with sending a bunch of monetary transactions when there were few users on the block-chain. Then when trying to send SBD during a peak time period my allocation of those types of transactions would have been in the negative percentage?
Yet because I had not posted, commented, or voted much in the last 24 hours I still had bandwidth in that tube?
I don't know, man. That's really weird. I was told they were all the same. Glad it got better though!
