The beginning of June comes with a wonderful event: lime trees blossoming.
A sweet fragrance surrounds the city and all troubles seem gone. The lovers walk under these trees and their love is guarded by the scented flowers.

Iasi, the city I'm living in, chose as a symbol the lime tree. Famous artists and normal people mention this tree.
I can only hope that my kids (and their whole generation) will love and treasure this symbol as much as we do, and our ancestors did.
