French fries potatoes
Ingredients
1/2 kg of potatoes
3 cloves of garlic
salt to taste
1 teaspoon flavor
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Sugar to taste
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
tomato sauce to taste
Peel the potato and cut it lengthwise, not too thin so as not to break easily.
Boil potatoes with spices until tender
Once the potato is tender, drain then input into a basin of cold water. Let stand for 30 minutes.

Potatoes can be directly fried and ready to serve
