Let's talk about Undefined Solar Plexus. In other words, people who take in emotions of others and amplify it. Laymen term would be an Empath. In Human Design, sometimes we call it open emotions. Let's use the term open emotion because empath can be in many forms.
I am an open emotions person. Not just that, the frequency of my environment is all about emotions. That means I was born to see, to experience, to learn, to be wise, to confront and to know the truth through emotions around me. This can be a beautiful gift or a curse. Today, I see it as a gift because, in this emotional environment, I get to serve my purpose.
Being an open emotion is not easy. It takes countless practice to staycalm and detach in the presence of emotional people (we call them Defined Solar Plexus). These people have their own process to understand emotions. Our job as open emotions is to help them reflect through their emotional waves.
As on open emotion, we are going to learn to confront the truth through emotional communication and connection. Follow your Strategy and Authority to know what are the healthy and correct confrontation for you. This way, we don't just assist emotional people surfing their emotions but also confronting our own emotional conditioning.

I'm totally an empath too and until now (though it's getting better) I am extremely sensitive and take on other's emotions. It feels like I am a sponge, or that my emotional skin is so porous.
It's hard to describe it to people who don't understand, but I know you can.
I look forward to learning how I can manage better, and view it not as a liability, but a great blessing.
