. Fish

.dairy products such as milk, yogurt etc

There are other foods also which contains B12.
By taking a good amount of the above-listed food can help in the normal functioning of brain and nerve tissues.

Symptoms wise, there is no such specific symptom but fatigue, weakness, loss of appetite, confusion, depression, pale skin etc, until and unless properly diagnosed and found that vitamin B12 is one of the reason.
