É um 2018 2 Libras pesando 1oz com 99,9% de pureza de prata e acabamento Brilliant Uncirculated. Sua tiragem foi de 50.000 unidades.
O reverso mostra uma dança dinâmica entre dois poderosos dragões, um retratado em estilo asiático e o outro em estilo galês.
O obverso mostra o quinto retrato coroado de SM Rainha Elisabete II. usando o Diadema de Estado de Jorge IV.
