Fast 5k this morning
This morning I went for a run before work and I decided to go fast! I didn't do a warm-up so I was not so fast during the first kilometer but overall it is not bad.
I did it in 20'30" which is a pace of 4'5"/km. Not my best but not bad either.
As you can see pass the 100 km mark with my Nike Pegasus 35 during this run and I still love them!
I won't be able to run a lot this weekend since I'm at Tomorrowland from Thursday to Monday. I will try to go for a longer run on Wednesday and that's it.
