Today I went to a factory that processes rice, wheat, corn, etc. I visited it when I went there. Wheat, rice, and corn can be broken down here. People come here to break them down. There is only one factory in our village. This is that factory. There is a separate machine for breaking rice. There, the husks are spread from rice and wheat. This factory requires high voltage current to operate. So there is an electrical line here which is very necessary to operate this factory. Without a three-phase line, this factory will not run. Therefore, a large amount of current is required here daily.

In this picture you can see a machine. This machine is used to grind wheat, corn, barley, etc. A three-phase motor is used to operate this machine. Here the power of the motor is 25 horsepower. If you put anything fried or dry inside this machine, it will come out as powder. This is a very useful machine for making turmeric powder, chili powder, spice powder. One person will be required to operate this machine. Two belts are attached to the machine pulley and the motor pulley.

You can see a machine in this picture. This machine is used to break rice. To break the rice, the rice is first dried and then placed inside this machine. After being put inside the machine, the husks are separated from the rice. This machine is very useful for making rice. A high-voltage motor is installed to start the machine. Inside this machine, there is another cutting tool that separates the husk from the rice. If rice is not dried properly, it can break and the rice can be spoiled. So it requires caution.

There are so many lines of current here to operate the machine. The main switch and control switch are placed very close to hand here. There are measures in place to prevent accidents.
