March 18: No running but got 9.5k walking

Yesterday was a light day as I tried to get the 10k walking but came up a bit short. Weight still clocking in at 153 lbs/69.5kg. But resting heart rate fell down another point to 60pm.

Today my goal is to get a run of 2.25 miles and keep calories sub 2000 and see what good it brings. Will be stocking up on tea (Some herbal without caffeine) to keep appetite in check and keep me hydrated and see if I feel a change.
