Scarlet Witch is Wanda Maximoff an is a native of Sokovia. She had a twin brother, Pietro which they agreed to undergo some experiments with HYDRA.She had the super powers of telekinesis, telepathy, and energy manipulation.

She had played a great role during the Civil War which she sided to Captain America.
