'Subway Sketching in Osaka' 🚈 🇯🇵

I hope you are making the most of your Saturday if you are not working.
Subway Sketching in Tokyo and Osaka was easily one of the highlights of my trip travelling around Japan.
Pretty much every time I stepped onto the subway or train, I would pull out my sketchbook and new Japanese brush pens, and would sketch the people as they looked down at their devices.
I quickly learned how to use the brush pens, and I really enjoyed the experience, the marks I could make, and the satisfaction with completing a good sketch in ink where every mark counts, made me want to keep practicing.
I loved using these pens to sketch the people in Japan, and I think I would happily go back there just to do this exercise for a few days!
On top of that, Japan is a pretty amazing country to visit, travel and backpack around. It is probably my favourite country so far in fact!
