Why cryptocurency has so high valuation: millennial generation loves cryptocurrency as their retirement savings and earnings!

There was an interesting article in the New York Times- Grandpa Had a Pension. This Generation Has Cryptocurrency(warning paywall ahead). It talked about the tech-savvy millennials prefer cryptocurrency for future investment. Moreover, millennials are also skeptic about established systems of savings and pensions.

In fact, millennials are the first generation who brought up as computer generation and later stage, they got familiarity with the Internet. When social media was introduced, they accepted as natural evolution. It is no surprise that they also like the easy, friction-less and low-barrier entry investment which is cryptocurrency.

You have a computer, you can mine cryptocurrency. You have an email, you can buy cryptocurrency at an exchange invest or even trade. Moreover, tremendous hype and growth around the blockchain technology also helped. For example, one of the youtube stars and Internet marketer, @jerrybanfield has converted that he invested all his retirement money in STEEM, the cryptocurency for Social Media Decentralized Apps.

However, with STEEM blockchain, it becomes easier than ever. Millennials already like Youtube or Instagram. You do what you like to do, but you can also earn cryptocurrency. With delegation or posting even you can earn dividend. What else, cryptocurrency is like high yield and high growth stock. With research and on-going projects, and convergence of different technologies such as IoT, AI and blockchain, value creation become easier and faster than ever.

Though John Maynard Keynes thought about 15 hours work week and 5 days day off back off 1930s. However, it did not happen though the human productivity rose sharply. Due to central bank's control of money creation and control of money by the Government, most the benefit of the productivity went to the top 1%. However, cryptocurrency has changed the game. Cryptocurrency and in future, tokens (e.g. SMT) will gamify and monetize every human actions. Just having few thousands STEEM in account and few hours of creative work can earn a decent living for blogger or Artist in Steemit.

What do you think can we sustain the current amount of earning by blogger who has few thousands STEEM POWER? Or, we are just going through a good, peak time. Or, good times are ahead say, STEEM $30-100?
