RE: 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Australian Monday week #50 - the absolute winner takes 200 SBD!
Lake Rotoiti is a large lake lying to the east of Rotorua. Legend said that the name Rotoiti or Te Roto-whaiti-i-kite-ai-a-Ihenga-i-Ariki-ai-a Kahumatamomoe were named by Ihenga , a grandson of the captain of the Arawa canoe Tamatekapua. This lake is stunningly beautiful, so serene :)
Looks so calm, love it!
