Discouragement can occur for different reasons, it can be due to some known or unknown psychic cause, and even some physiological alteration, or due to the economic situation we are going through as a country.

When we are sad we can easily get discouraged and really the enemy has always been interested in discouraging people because he well knows that discouragement is a very negative factor for faith in Christ, it is a great trigger to keep the Christian absorbed in his thoughts and problems and not give God room to lift it up. However, we must be alert to this situation since God is the one who has put joy in our hearts and has given us his armor to be able to withstand trials and temptations.

Tiredness is one of the causes that generates discouragement, therefore we Christians are called to rest in God; for we must surrender all our burdens to our lord and rest in his divine providence. God gives strength to him who has none and encourages with his spirit the afflicted and weary. That is why we must surrender our will to God and rest even in the midst of the worst crisis that we may be going through, since for God there are no impossibilities.

God is good and powerful and whoever comes to him will taste his goodness because very happy are those who seek refuge in God to find rest
