The other day I lost my debit card...

I phoned my bank which has this rather "impressive" 24/7 phone number. I informed them of the loss, they cancelled the card. That's good. First part until now was rather okay...

I asked how can I get another debit card. They said it wasn't possible online, that I had to fulfill a form and pay 12 € for the new card which could arrive in "a week or so"... I said "thank God I use Revolut!"

Moral of this Short Story:
They didn't exactly understood what I meant with Revolut as well as they didn't still realized how screwed they are... How come? 21st century, I lose a card, I don't have other way than actually moving to the bank, wait in a line, pay 12€ and get a card withing "a week or so"...
