I've moved to Hive, along with most other people, following Justin Sun's takeover of Steem in the Spring of 2020. I believe hive is a lot more decentralised than Steem!
hahahaha It sounds like a hassle man! I would say a good music, a good view and a good beer is just as meditative :D
You might just have something there!
🤣 funny one! how about just intermittant fasting, tea, mediations?
That sounds even easier! Maybe I'll get there one day!
Coffee is a fucker though, especially if theres cream around too 🤣 When I get cream from dumpstering then its non avoidable 😜

Good ideas! I’ve gone off the deep end lately and need to rain it in. This motives me! At least you have accomplished that!

Ah good well that's something, best of luck getting back on track!
I cut out coffee tons of times before finally quitting, though I enjoy one once a fortnight or so. It was making me too wired. I committed to the 21 Day Deepak Chopra challenge, which i was kinda reluctant to do because its not aa if I didnt know that stuff already and felt it was a bit commercial. However, it has made me accountable and put me back in routine again. No screen time is a good one. I have not been drinking much.. first time on life I kinda feel done with it. Happier without. Xxx
I've never heard of the DC 21 day challenge, i'll have to look that up.
I just think cutting things out and learning to be happy with less (especially habits) is a much more sustainable happiness strategy!
Drinking less is also coming naturally to me as I get older.
We are on long service leave next year and we are using it partly to prep ourselves for less.. focussing on abundance not lack. Part of me scared.. two teacher wages in Australia is great money albeit soul crushing work, so learning to refocus on how i see money is ultimately going to be better for me.
I think you're absolutely on the right track, but you're right to think it's going to be a tough adjustment, after years of habit, these things don't come easy.
I'm heading the same way myself!

Cutting... for a sec, I thought this was beard related.. that just wouldn't do!
No that really wouldn't,
But I do need to book a trim cheers for the reminder!
I like that Nero cup, not too Chrimassy but nice and winter.
I actually really like my local Nero's for Xmas - while Costa has obviously got the commercial element sown up, the local Nero's hasn't - they were wearing their Xmas T shirts the other day, without a shred of joy, I loved it!
And it's always quieter because it's off the main high street.
