I never seem to really unplug. Just turn the dials, spend less time doing something and more time doing something else. Being agile and flexible, progressive and diversified makes it more manageable.
Good to see you unplugged and got some more real life in. The info on the screen contributes to real life but we have to make time to live in the moment and appreciate the life outside of being plugged in to every living human at once
