What do I consider as my Failure in Steemit?

I don't consider myself a 'Good Steemian'. I sometimes even feel I'm a little selfish. Because my engagement level is not so high. And what support I'm getting from different communities and what I'm giving back is not equal. All because I can't manage much time for Steemit. And the time Steem needs to increase the engagement level is insane. This is surely my biggest failure in Steemit.
Here I'm reviewing what I think as my failure in Steemit. You can add more from your perspective if you saw or feel anything which I should consider as my failure.
