감귤 아래쪽에 열린 귤은 흙이 뭍는데, 이건 물에 세제를 넣고 교반해야 닦여나간대요. 이 과정에서 자연적으로 형성된 천연 왁스층이 제거되므로 왁스코팅을 해 줄 수밖에 없다고 해요. 감귤 농장에서 택배로 구입해서 먹는건 유통과정이 길지 않아서 코팅하지 않아도 되는 것 같아요. 대신 얼른 먹어야겠지만요^^. 한 번 썩기 시작하면 순식간이더라구요. --;

생긴건 덜익은듯 보이는데 엄청 달더라구요^^
제주도는 갈 때마다 어느 시장이건 꼭 들르게 되는데... 이렇게 귤들을 보니 시장 바닥에서 바로 한 입 깨물고 싶어지네요^^
아직 푸른 빛이 도는데 생각보다 달더라구요. 신 맛도 약간 있어서 더 맛있어요^^

아직...달달하진 않을 것 같은데... 그래도 ㅋㅋ 침이 고여요 ㅎ
ㅎㅎ 생긴게 돌 익어 보여서 그런지, 기대가 덜해서인지 몰라도 생각보다 달더라구요. 신 맛도 함께 있어서 감칠맛도 있구요. 역시 현지에서의 느낌이 마음에 들어요. ^^
