Sausage-Cheese Balls
Ingredients:
3 cups Original Bisquick mix
1 pound pork sausage
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (16 ounces)
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon dried, chopped rosemary leaves
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
Heat oven to 350°F.
Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
Stir together all dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients. Mixed together well with spoon or hands.
Pull sausage into small pieces to avoid uneven mixing.
Shape into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
Remove from cookie sheet to avoid sticking.
Serve warm.
Can store for several days and frozen in freezer bags.
