Are teen challenges social eugenics?

Life threatening challenges are all the rage with the 'cool' kids nowadays. Like eating Tide Pods, shooting their friends and now snorting condoms. I guess maybe this is the closest thing we have to combating the creation of what is shown in the movie Idiocracy? The elites are eugenicists, but I don't really prescribe to that eugenics shit, I think that people choose to be smart or dumb and are just influenced by culture and I have things to back that up. But I do not feel any sympathy for people so stupid to be doing these challenges. If I stepped in front of a speeding train thinking it was my friend and stretching out my arm to give it a handshake you wouldn't feel sorry for me too. It is true that stupid shit is pushed on especially the young people (like through youtube), actually all people. It is all part of their plan to make people dumber, and it started with the destruction of the education system.
