Conquering a small mountain: Brasov trip report
I found myself in Brasov these days: a mountain town. Up on a (small) peak, the town's name reigns over the city in big ass letters ( kind of like Hollywood!). You can trek up there and check out the view. I decided I will do JUST THAT.

Here's where I wanted to get to:

There are two ways to get up there. By foot, on a serpentine and intense trek or by cable. Guess which one is easier?
But which one is more fun?!*
And so, I looked up to the climb ahead. I have very little mountain experience, I was in Nikes but I thought it won't be that hard. Lots of people with children and dogs were going up so I figured I could do it easily.
I did it.
It was not easy!
Just as I start on the path, there's this huge sign announcing that you MIGHT encounter one of these wild species.

I huff and puff very quickly. It's steep. But it's also beautiful.

All is green! I go basically around the mountain or else it would be way to steep to climb. From time to time, the trees make way and I can see down. This is the cable as it goes down towards the city.

In about one hour and a half - had to take a few breaks! this old man is old :( - I finally reach the summit. I'm greeted by warning signs and LOTS of people.
Where did all these people came from, did not see them on the trek.
Oh right..the cable.
Lazy tourists :( Oh well, their loss I say!.

Was it all worth it though?
You tell me:
