This is Chana dal-palak vegetable curry, super soft cream (Malai) parathas and butter milk.

Yesterday In my home made chana dal vegetable curry and parathas. It is fun to have cream parathas that will dissolve in the mouth. By adding little rice flour to the gram flour, milk, dal and chapati backing powder then roast it in a butter to make parathas super soft.
