The black kite (Milvus migrans)

The main and numerous inhabitant among birds of prey in our city.
If you enlarge the image, you can see the fish in his paws. On the big city river they fish. Their food is mainly fish or rodents. And it depends on their habitat. In the river, fish are caught, and rodents, such as mice, and even squirrels are sought in the forests.

The Eurasian hobby (Falco subbuteo)

On the other side of the river is the coastal forest. This small predator lives there. He is quite difficult to photograph, he is very shy. Although he lives here near the river, he eats small birds and large insects, such as dragonflies or butterflies.
