The willow warbler (Phylloscopus trochilus)

So, as I said in a recent post, these birds can be easily confused. So how are they different?
Of course, first of all they are distinguished by their voices. Here you will not confuse them.

The Blyth's reed warbler (Acrocephalus dumetorum)

As for the exterior, the willow warbler has a more graceful slender body. A Blyth's reed warbler has a big head and a long beak.
The whole Blyth's reed warbler has a more stocky build, from which it seems that it is much larger in size.

This is strange, but in Russian-speaking countries these birds are called differently.
I mean, look The Blyth's reed warbler and The willow warbler.
We have them sound differently.
The "willow warbler "sounds like a little foam, but most likely as a "lover of stump"(something like "Spring stumpy"). And a reed warbler has the root of the word "reed" (something like "garden reedler").
