Review of Hotel Resol Hakata

As you know hotels in Japan is really small.
I stayed at Resol in Hataka on my Fukuoka trip,
It was super small as I expected, but it was clean, neat, had the best location.
And the best thing about Resol to me,
They had a free public bath on the top floor.
After the day trip, I was able to get relaxed in the hot bath every night.

Resol located at Nakasu-Kawabata station which in the middle of Hakata st. and Tenjin st.
You can get to the hotel if you walk only for 1min from the station!

There was a really popular whiskey bar on the 1st floor of Resol,
But I couldn't have a chance to visit there even though I'm a big fan of whiskey!

The lobby is on the 13th floor you can check in there and you can check out on the first floor with just putting your room key in the key box, so I only talked to the hotel staffs when I checked in.
I think I prefer this system more because it's very private and convenience for my short trip ;)

The room is really simple, just one small bed, tiny fridge, humidifier, a desk that's it! Haha

They prepared clothes, big towels and small bags that I can wear when I go to the public spa and.

I had a small bath in my room as well but I used a public bath almost every day so I didn't use it.

Luckily, there was nobody so I could take pictures inside of the bath.

It looks really clean like they just finished cleaning,
But you know what?
it's clean because Japanese people always cleaning up after they use the public bath!
Isn't it crazy? People sometimes do clean up In Korea but not as perfect as this!

There is always milk bending machine at every spa in Japan because they like to drink milk after the bath I guess?
I don't know exactly why but it's pretty nice to have milk after a shower :) So I recommend you to try it!

I had a 4-5 list in my mind before I choose Resol
But I'm glad that I choose this hotel after I checked out the locations when I got here.
First of all, it's super close to the station and so many good restaurants around!
There is a big river right next to the hotel and I really enjoyed walking around the river at night with my Kirin beer, listening to street music with an amazing breeze.

But I want you to know that this area is changes at night to an adult entertainment street.
You don't really want to stay in this area with your family or child.
Not that I mean it's a dangerous area, not many dangerous places in Japan, it's a really safe country!

The interesting part was to me, there was a lot of 24 hours open shops and small street markets stuff. Like dessert shops, flower shops, cookie shops!! So I think it was really interesting that maybe people buying these things before they visit hostess bars? I'm not sure but these cute little shops made me think in a safer area. I stayed here for 4 nights but I rarely saw drunken people on the street.

I hope you guys enjoyed reading it and see you guys next time! Bye!

Have you enjoyed ur trip!?^^ For me, Japan sounds like my second hometown, which brings me there quite often haha.
As you said, it is usual Japanese accommodation has relatively small sized rooms... perhaps seems cute!?^^

@syyang531 Yeah! Actually, Japanese hotels are the perfect size for me, because I'm not that big hehe
Japan is like my second hometown as well because of ramen!!
