Adobong Itlog Pinoy! | Dish For Tonight

Today the weather is not good that is why we can't go to the public market or to the store to buy canned goods for our dish tonight. So I look around at our kitchen to find if there's any food that I can cook or what we can dish for tonight. But, our box is empty, I forgot to go to the grocery store last day to buy our one-week budget because of our busy schedule.

I saw a boiled egg and quail egg hanging inside the basket, I am thinking what should I choose in the two. Until I decided to pick four pieces of boiled egg. But, our children don't want to eat a dry dish. I was decided to cook an 'Adobong Itlog Pinoy'.

It is very simple to cook. Just prepare crushed garlic and onions, soy, sauce, crushed pepper, water and a little seasoning. Mix all the ingredients, depends on your taste. Cook it for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy eating!
