Crypto Academy week 6 Post for [ @stream4u] // Cryptocurrency Market Capitalizations

Hello prof @stream4u this is my first time doing your assignment I am new to steemit but your lesson was brief easy to understand.

Crypto Market Cap : is a barometer use to determine the value of an Asset basically you can calculate it by multiplying the number of individual that hold a share of the assets by the assets current price .

Difference between Large Cap , Mid Cap and Small Cap

• RISK

Large Cap : these are assets with big market capitalizations so they are set to be reliable and have less risk although it is not guaranteed examples are BTC , Ripple and Ethereum.

Mid Cap : these assets have market cap between $1-10 billion , and they are more riskier than large cap .

Small Cap : they have less market cap like below $1 billion and it is the highest risk one can lose everything here easily but in crypto everything is a probability

• REWARDS

Large Cap : here investors have safe investment but the rewards might not be big because the assets might be expensive to buy and the assets doesn’t experience major growth rate like the others .
But since cryptocurrency are much volatile your investment will grow as well

Mid Cap : here they have lost market cap but the growth rate here is much higher than large cap this is why they risky investment .

Small Cap : these are the assets that can give you times 50 profit because they gave low market cap , investing in this you can see your assets going down at the beginning and at some point the assets price will jump up beyond your imagination, but remember crypto is a probability .

2 ASSTES THAT CAN BE MORE PROFITABLE

looking at all the three Market Cap above I will go for the Mid cap assets , study their chart well using my best technical knowledge and know when to enter the market and when to take profit and stop loss .
I choose mid cap because they are the currency that has the higher chance to blow up or go down , we all know crypto is a risk game but you have to risk well with all the knowledge you have acquired in crypto ecosystem.

one main advantage of this Mid cap assets is that they are not much expensive like the large Cap assets and they give profit faster as well

And their disadvantage is that it will require much of your time to be studying their trends in other not to lose your money so they are risky.

PENNY CRYPTOCURRENCY AND RISK CAPITAL

This two are good game to play with , penny crypto tokens are very cheap and one can buy them in large quantity with few dollars , so it is necessary playing with them to make some money .
Using risk capital which are money that won’t take you out of business is required here , but one muscly not him into the business blindly study the penny coin technically and note those that have higher possible returns , see some coins that when you invest in you will end up being a bug holder , although we are using Risk capital that won’t affect our movement we still have to focus on making profits .

WATCHLIST

Watchlist is more or less a time table that direct you on what to do on your daily life , in crypto we have over 5000 tokens that once can not invest or study the pattern of all , so it is advisable selecting some particular coins your familiar with grouping them to make a list of your daily trade , this list becomes your watchlist .

Using CoinMarketCap on IPhone follow the steps below to add pairs to your watch list .

1. Log in into your account and on the home page you will see different options including watch list select it

1. When it opens up you can see the coins you have selected to be here , if you haven’t selected yet you will have to click on add then on the coin list you click on the start close to the coin name they will be automatically added to your watchlist
