Something About Me - Internal temperatures
Something curious about me.
I have different levels of comfort that I feel. It's about how warm I am.
Examples
If I'm feeling just warm I'm starting to feel comfortable
To sleep I need to be very very warm. In a certain temperature to feel very comfortable and don't disturb the sleep. Sometimes I woke up in the middle of the night or I don't have a good night of sleep and I don't know why. How can I solve the problem? Just adding another warm blanket and see the results, and it normally works.
In the afternoon I'm awake and need to be productive so I need to be chilly. If I'm warm I won't be so productive.
