Greetings great people of steemit and the wonderful people of steem kids and parents community welcome to the contest of the week organized by @simonnwigwe with the theme "changes I will like to see in the steemit platform"

Like the used to say that the only thing that is permanent is change so In my todays entry I will be sharing with you guys some of the important changes that I will like to see in the steemit platform and how I will like them to be executed.

WHAT ARE THE CHANGES YOU WISH TO SEE IN THE STEEMIT PLATFORM?

Through out my journey as a Steemian I have encountered some amazing things that I like and admire so much at the same time I have come across so many things which I wish some amendment should be done.

---

And some of the changes I wish to see in this amazing platform is for the steemit team to help encourage more users to engage with one another through comment and upvote and also for the steemit team to increase the total volume of booming support to Steemians.

---

And also set up a monitoring team that will help check for inactive accounts and users who are having more than one steemit account.

---

WHY DO YOU THINK THAT THESE CHANGES WILL HELP MAKE THE PLATFORM A BETTER PLACE FOR ALL?

If the steemit team helps improve some of the above mentioned changes trust me it will help make the platform a better place for all Steemians.

If the total amount of booming support and the level of engagement among Steemians are being increase all through the platform and a lot of Steemians get the chance to receive it you will see that the total number of active members will increase because it will serve as an encouragement for them to publish more articles.

And also if the steemit team try and set up a check and balance team that will check and report double account users and inactive accounts, it will help increase the level of discipline amongst members.

IF YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO IMPLEMENT NEW CHANGES IN THE PLATFORM, WHAT ARE THE NEW THINGS YOU WILL LIKE TO PUT IN PLACE.

If I'm given an opportunity to implement a new changes in the steemit platform some of the things that I will like to introduce are a special reward system for the new comers who are joining the platform.

I would like to set up a weekly competition specially made for the new comers alone in which the best three will get a booming support and a weekly delegation which will develop in them the interest for the platform and encouragement to participate in activities of the platform.

DO YOU THINK THE REWARD DISTRIBUTION IN STEEMIT IS A KEY FACTOR TO DEVELOPMENT OF THE PLATFORM? DISCUSS.

YES!! I'd really do think that the rewards distribution is what is helping in sustaining the steemit platform, because no one will be willing to compose and publish quality content online almost everyday then at the end no reward at first it may be fun but after some time there will be discouraged.

So the distribution of rewards and rendering of support in the steemit platform is the only thing that serve as a means of encouragement to Steemians and also serves as a means of attraction 🧲 which attract more new comers to the platform
