New Challenge
When you go to work, you will many many things you never learn before at school. No one teach you how to do that, all of this, you must learn by myself.
- Don't say I'll try my best, all of your colleague also try to the best like you -> change yourself and willing accept the change and challenge
- Don't say thank you for any time, show the result of your work
- Share your knowledge to receive and improve your knowledge
- Let's self-confident and show yourself to everyone
- Work with heart, don't work because it's task and you must complete
- If you want improve yourself, research more and of course, you must use personal time to do it, don't complain about that.
- Manage your work, the best way you should create to-do list at the head of day and do follow check list, you won't miss anything
Why I put the pic about "Personal Challenge"? That because this is only my issue, it's not connect to my team or any other member. And of course, I also have lesson when work with team, maybe I'll share in in the next time. All opinion above is only mine, not common for all but I think you were meet some case of it and I hope you don't give up and try to the best!
And every things I need to learn to improve myself, I alway run to touch my goal, because when i stop, my goal will run far away from me.
