my first orchid

I got this orchid due to such a dubious fact that my office was destroyed, my employer moved from its place of residence and rid of many things. as the proverb says, “two relocations are equal to one fire”. So, I 'saved' an unnecessary bookcase and this orchid from being rid-off.... but the post is not about that.

My post is about how beautiful was this morning. Today nature gave us five (!) hours of sunshine and good weather! It was very generous, other days we are getting nothing at all. So, I took my family to the Botanical Park (last time we visited it in April) ... Alas, when we were there, the sun was already turned off for us. This picture I took at home. And, you know, this year it blooms already for the second time! 1st round, in February, the flowers lasted for several months, this was an amazing experience for me.

Эту орхидею я заполучил благодаря такому сомнительному факту, что мой офис вышвырнули на улицу, и фирма переехала с насиженного места... пришлось избавляться от многочисленной рухляди, "все что было нажито непосильным трудом" отправлялось на улицу... как говорит пословица, "два переезда равны одному пожару". в общем, я унес из офиса ненужный книжный шкаф и эту орхидею. но пост не про это.

Пост про то, какой красотой было наполнено это утро. сегодня природа подарила мне целых пять часов солнечного света и хорошей погоды! я мы всей семьей поехади в Ботанический парк, где я последний раз был в апреле... увы, когда мы оказались на месте, солнце нам уже выключили. а орхидею я сфотографировал дома. за этот год она цветет уже второй раз! и цветы продолжаются по несколько месяцев, это потрясающий опыт для меня.

Forgot to mention: I used the bright sunlight from a window, to make this capture. so, its natiral lighting, and a raw conversion, nothing else was used to improve the result.
