Hello guys I hope all of you will be good and happy. As I have completed my Achievement 1 and I have succeeded in it. And I enjoy working on it because it is true and amazing platform. And it provided a chance for appearance of hidden talents. Now I am going to make a post of Achievement 2 as assigned by @cryptokannon. In Achievement 2 I will discuss Basic Security on Steem. So there are some questions that are asked for Achievement 2. Today I will discuss all the questions one by one.

Question:01

Have you retrieve all your keys on steemit ?

Yes, I have retrieved all my keys on steemit. Firstly I got master password and then I got pdf file containing all other keys. And I have completely saved all of my keys for safety in my Mobile, USB, PC, Memory Card, Google Drive and in the form of hard copy.

Question:02

Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?

Yes, I know very well the functions and restrictions of all the keys.

Posting Key :

Posting Key is used to login to the steemit. It is the key that is used for making posts, comments, up and down votes, follow and mute someone etc.

Active Key:

The function of Active Key is that it is used for convert Steem Dollar into Steem, Power up or Power down, Transitions and for other wallet activities.

Owner Key :

The Owner Key is very important key on steemit. It is used to change or modify all other keys like Posting Key, Active Key, Memo Key and including itself. So it is very unique and important key. But Owner Key cannot change the Master Password.

Memo Key :

Memo Key is another important key on steemit that is used to send Private message to others that are not visible to all but sender and receiver see this message.

Master Password :

Master Password is the most important key.It is only for Recovery of Account. And If we have lost all of other keys then by the use of Master Password we get access on these keys. So we must secure and save Master Password in different places like PC, Laptop, Google Drive etc.

How do you plan to keep your master password ?

As I have told above that master password is most unique and most important than all of other keys on steemit. So must secure master password. I have also saved my master password in USB, Mobile, Google Drive and in the form of hard copy. And now I am staisfied for the security of my master password.

Question:04

Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account ?

Yes, I know the method of transfer steem token to another steem user account.

• First of all go to you steem wallet and then click on down arrow located at front of steem.

• And then click on transfer option like that you saw in below the picture.

• Now you enter the account username to which you want to send the amount and then enter the amount and click on the next option.

• Now you click the Ok option and provide Active Key as required for transfer of amount. In this way the amount will be transferred to receiver account.

And it is the method for the transfer of steem token to another steem account.

Question:05

Do you know how to power up your steem ?

Yes, I know the method how to Power up your Steem.

• First of all open your steem wallet and click on down arrow located at front of steem and then click on power up.

• Now enter the amount of steem you want to power up and then click on power up option and provide Active Key if required and then click on ok option. In this way you steem will be converted to the steem power.
