This is so cute. I can see some yoga moves at the end there. It must be so good for their self esteem. I have never had the opportunity to study martial arts but I would love to one day. Thanks for sharing this with us it is very interesting. By the way have you planted your garlic?

This training should also be incorporated in most of today's kids who enjoy watching TV and playing computer games most of their time.
Such a fantastic way for kids to gain confidence in themselves. Being able to take care of their physical and emotional wellbeing can definitely teach them how to make better social choices. Wonderfully captured barefoot moments @quochuy. ♥︎♥︎⚖️♥︎♥︎

Our family is grateful for having this school in our area. All of us are enjoying the classes and we are all getting something from it.

The ambiance is very relax, feels like a little family where everyone helps the others to progress.
That's awesome it does give off that fam vibe. I've seen some schools where it looks very strict and serious.
