Becoming Vegan!

I never watched how I ate, and I would eat anything and everything. I didn't realize until recently how unhealthy the food was for my body. I've been watching a lot of documentaries and reading a lot of articles about a plant based diet.

What I Learned

Why I Stopped Eating:

Dairy

  • Causes Acne, Asthma, Eczema (MANY MORE)
  • Is Carcinogenic (Causes Breast and Prostate Cancer)
  • Contains Casein. Casein a very addictive protein in milk. Its purpose is to keep the baby to come back for more food. That's also why cheese is so addictive.
  • Causes Hormonal Imbalance

Meat

  • IS CARCINOGENIC
  • HIGH risk of Heart Disease and Diabetes
  • Causes Hormonal Imbalance
  • Very Toxic
  • Increases Your Risk of DEATH. With all of the health risks above.

Stay away from GMO's.
(Genetically Modified Organisms) Such as Soy and Corn. There's no law that requires companies to tell you that your food is genetically modified.


Healthy food can be yummy. Just google vegan recipes and alternatives and you'll be surprised how good they taste!

im glad you decided to make that commitment and i wish you well..im a vegetarian but haven't made the full transition yet but soon enough

im not vegan but i do agree that our meats are contaminated.

As a vegan for about 10 years now (vegetarian since age 11!) I wish you well on your vegan journey! Vegan dishes are fabulous! You will love the recipes the fresh food, the cool variations of 'regular' food that are way better... plus unique yummy things like tempeh. I love being vegan and would never go back. Good luck!

I think I saw that on Netflix, I'll definitely have to watch it!

Not just that, I would be sitting in my room watching various documentaries and crying to see how they treat the animals, and after that I wrote my Schoolwork which is 20 pages long about the health, enviroment and ethical reasons not to eat meat or dairy! I have already inspired a lot of people to eat less meat or even become vegan! So keep up the message and lets inspire together! Follow und upvote :)
