Just passed 3000 Steem power and 200 followers! Thankyou!
What a great way to start my Saturday...Yes, I had to work this morning and that sucked, but now I'm just in a good mood. With what I think the future for Steem is, having 3000 steem power makes me giddy like a little school girl...kinda like this...
I'm a third of where I'd like to be in terms of Steem power. My goal is to get to get to 10,000 steam power by the end of the year. It's funny..this thought has been making me more productive in work so I can make more money to buy more steam power. It's nice to have an outlet to share my work, my life, my dog, my dreams, and my thoughts! Thank you to all my followers...much appreciated.
In closing, let me share with you guys one of the funniest skits I've seen in a while...with all the disgusting things I'm exposed to by social media that are happening in the world, it's really nice to just be able to laugh, and I promise this will make you do just that. Be safe out there this weekend everyone!
Ugh....just noticed damn auto correct changed steem to steam...really annoying. Anyone know if there is a way to change the main tag? Doesn't seem to be letting me

It seems we have a common goal..10000 steem is my short term goal as well. I am taking it as my full time job and working hard toward it :) and no you can't change the first tag after posting..

You get things off Steemit that you don't get from Facebook and Instagram or any other social media outlet, so have fun with it and enjoy it! Post what you love, and the people who love the same things will follow you. It takes time...I wouldn't consider myself successful on Steemit, but I'm working towards that one day at a time!

Sweet! Did you invest any of your own money? or is this purely from posting? Curious because I am new as well.
I did....you'll see a bunch of people who make enough money to live by blogging on here....I'm not one of those people...YET :). I did invest my own money, maybe about $5,000. I plan on investing another $5,000 in the next couple months and start pushing it. I love Steemit, and you stick with it long enough, you'll love it to. Best of luck!
