Dead trea - but still full of life

To make a good use of the beautiful weather today I made an evening bikeride along the river after we came back home from our long weekend trip. It was a nice endi of a beautiful long weekend. I enjoyed the ev sun and the fresh air and I used the opportunity to take some spring photos.

There was that tree that impressed me the most. It was obviously dead. But still it had a majestic aura. And another green plant used the trunk to climp up towards the sky and the sun. A few nice birds - I think they were starlings - seemed to have made that old tree their headquarter ...
