Since l'm going to the faculty of medicine ,university of ruhuna, every week end me and my room mate visit lot of beaches near the Gall...

Due to hevy academic pressure we need a rest every time....These locations give us very relax mind everytime....The sound of the sea....the sun set, all these help to maintain our mental helth.....
So these beaches are the my favorite places....

Wow theses pictures are so beautiful. I also used to went to beach when I was in the university. That's true. It reduce our stress. The breeze, sand shore, waves relax our mind.
